Absolutely! Soul Groove Wellness is designed with all levels in mind, with special attention to those who are new to yoga, meditation, and breathwork. We love beginners and are always here to help however we can!

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT TO USE SOUL GROOVE WELLNESS?

No equipment is necessary to start! While some people find certain props useful for their practice and may choose to add them in, our programming is designed to be done with no equipment at all. We recommend having a good yoga mat to make your experience more pleasant, but it’s not required to complete our classes and routines.

HOW MUCH TIME PER DAY DO I NEED TO SPEND ON MY WELLNESS PRACTICE?

There is no single answer that applies to everyone, but people are often surprised by how little time you can spend each day to see significant results. Many of our routines only take 5-10 minutes to complete, which is plenty to see real progress as long as you stay consistent.

IS IT BEST TO PRACTICE YOGA OR MEDITATION AT A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY?

Both morning and evening practices have their benefits. Morning routines can help you start your day with energy and focus, while evening practices can help you wind down and prepare for a restful sleep. We offer sessions for both to fit your schedule and needs.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple or Android app stores, you can update your subscription there.
